Willkommen am Hegibachplatz und der Sonnhalde
Liebe Besucherinnen und Besucher
Medizin bedeutet für mich mehr als Diagnostik und Therapie. Als Hausarzt begleite ich Menschen oft über viele Jahre hinweg – in Zeiten von Gesundheit ebenso wie in Phasen von Krankheit, Unsicherheit oder seelischer Belastung. Nicht alles lässt sich lösen, und nicht alles lässt sich beschleunigen. Vieles lässt sich jedoch verstehen, einordnen und gemeinsam tragen.
Im Zentrum meiner Arbeit steht eine ruhige und aufmerksame Medizin. Sie verbindet wissenschaftliche Sorgfalt mit Respekt vor der individuellen Lebensgeschichte eines Menschen. Eine professionelle Distanz gehört dazu – nicht als Abgrenzung, sondern als Voraussetzung für Klarheit, Verlässlichkeit und Vertrauen.
Als Facharzt für Innere Medizin und Allgemeinmedizin (FMH) mit Zusatzausbildung in Psychosomatischer und Psychosozialer Medizin (SAPPM) orientiere ich mich konsequent am aktuellen Stand der Wissenschaft. Kontinuierliche Fortbildung ist für mich ebenso selbstverständlich wie für meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen in unserer Praxisgemeinschaft.
Am Hegibachplatz und an der Sonnhalde sichern wir diese Qualität durch regelmässigen fachlichen Austausch, die Zusammenarbeit im Ärztenetzwerk mediX und die seit 2009 bestehende EQUAM-Zertifizierung. Wir sind von den meisten Krankenkassen im Hausarztmodell anerkannt. Zusätzlich biete ich in der Sonnhalde eine spezialisierte psychosomatische Sprechstunde an.

Dear Visitors,
For me, medicine is more than diagnostics and therapy. As a general practitioner, I accompany people over many years – through periods of health as well as through phases of illness, uncertainty, or emotional distress. Not everything can be solved, and not everything can be accelerated. Yet much can be understood, put into context, and carried together.
At the centre of my work is a calm and attentive approach to medicine. It combines scientific accuracy with respect for each person’s individual life story. Professional distance is part of this approach – not as detachment, but as a prerequisite for clarity, reliability, and trust.
As a specialist in Internal Medicine and General Practice (FMH) with additional training in Psychosomatic and Psychosocial Medicine (SAPPM), my work is firmly grounded in current medical knowledge. Continuous professional development is a natural part of my practice, as it is for my colleagues within our practice community.
At our locations at Hegibachplatz and Sonnhalde, we ensure this standard through regular professional exchange, membership in the mediX physicians’ network, and our EQUAM certification, which has been in place since 2009. We are recognised by most health insurers within the family doctor model. In addition, I offer a specialised psychosomatic consultation at the Sonnhalde location.
